Situation
An enterprise SSO path was blocked by cost and uncertainty. Nobody wanted to burn a paid tenant just to learn the claim flow.
Task
Prove the integration path cheaply enough that engineering and the customer would take the next step.
Action
Used a free Azure tenant to map the SSO flow, trace failures from source behaviour, and write down what Support would need later.
Result
The expensive guesswork shrank. The real tenant work started from a path that had already failed once in private. (Stub — expand with IdP details and outcome.)
